Luke Perry recently visited with Corine Tagliarina, Director of the Human Rights Advocacy program at Utica College, about her new book Bringing Human Rights Back (Lexington, 2020).

Tagliarina, and her coauthor Dan Tagliarina, provide a human rights approach to U.S. policy challenges of child poverty, access to safe drinking water, and harassment of women.
